PSC 4ECO 250T HP - Insulating Protective Paint for Metal Surfaces - 18 Litres Bucket

PSC 4ECO 250T HP is a highly efficient non-toxic, environmentally friendly, energy-saving and flexible insulation paint for insulating and sealing metal surfaces. All types of steel, aluminum, non-ferrous metals, metal roofs, metal tanks, pipes, valves, various industrial equipment can be painted with PSC 4ECO 250T HP. This paint is very effective in insulating hot and cold water pipelines and air conditioning systems. PSC 4ECO 250T HP paint is an effective protection against frost penetration and surface condensation of water vapour. The paint coating is stable and has high adhesion to metals without surface corrosion. It has thermo-reflective properties and increased adhesion to the substrate and covers micro cracks with just one coat. This paint can be applied to external and internal walls of building structures, pipelines, boilers, chimneys and industrial equipment.Supplied in plastic buckets of 18 litres.

Note: Cannot be used on PE, HDPE, PP, PTFE and other plastics.

Consumption per 1 m2 (one coat on all suitable surfaces with a perfectly flat surface)

• At a thickness of 1.5 mm: 1.2 litres/1m2

APPLICATION

• Intended for painting all types of steel, aluminum, non-ferrous metals, metal roofs, metal tanks, pipes, valves, various industrial equipment

INSTALLATION

• All surfaces must be clean and free from dirt (dust, dirt, oil and grease) and free from rust,
• A wire brush, sandpaper or sandblasting is recommended to clean the metal,
• Roofs should be washed with water under pressure or sandblasted,
• Remove old coatings and any unstable elements,
• In case of fungus, use appropriate fungicide preparations,
• Can be diluted with water before use,
• The amount of water used for dilution should not exceed 0.3l per 18 litre bucket,
• Mix with a mechanical mixer at low speed (up to 150 rpm) for 3-5 minutes and for 5-7 minutes with manual mixing,
• Do not apply the product in the rain,
• The temperature of the surroundings and the painted surface should be between +5 and +30 Centigrade,
• Relative air humidity should be below 80%.
