PSC 4ECO 250T BUILD - Insulating Skim Coat (Insulation Plaster) - 18 Litres Bucket

PSC 4ECO 250T BUILD is a highly efficient non-toxic, environmentally friendly, energy-saving and flexible insulation skim coat plaster that covers micro cracks with just one coat. PSC 4ECO 250T BUILD is a water-based coating based on acrylic resin filled with microspheres. Microspheres are small spherical particles with surface modification for specialised applications, PSC 4ECO 250T BUILD insulating skim coat is fully washable and resistant to dirt and chemicals. It is an effective protection against frost penetration and surface condensation of water vapour. Supplied in plastic buckets of 18 litres.

• At a thickness of 1.0 mm: 1.2 litres/1m2

APPLICATION

• External and internal walls of industrial and residential buildings

INSTALLATION

• The substrate must be cleaned of dirt, dust, old coatings and freed from loose parts.
• The surface should be cleaned of loose particles thoroughly enough to prevent it from bonding with the applied coating.
• The prepared substrate must be dry (no condensation).
• Remove oily and greasy parts using an appropriate preparation.
• It is recommended to mechanically matt smooth surfaces.
• After mechanical processing, thoroughly clean the surface of dust using a blower, brush or wash it with water and wait until it is completely dry.
• A pressure washer can be used to smooth out rough surfaces and remove loose parts.
• Can be diluted with water before use.
• The amount of water used for dilution should not exceed 0.3l per 18 litre bucket.
• Mix with a mechanical mixer at low speed (up to 150 rpm) for 3-5 minutes and for 5-7 minutes with manual mixing.
• Do not apply the product in the rain.
• The temperature of the surroundings and the painted surface should be between +5 and +30 Centigrade,
• Relative air humidity should be below 80%.
