Envello Shadow Line+ Internal Corner Profile - Sage Green is a flexible polymer resin profile that measures 38mm x 38mm x 3050mm designed to finish off the internal corners of a building when using Shadow Line boards, ensuring a seamless finish. You can fix it in place using the perforated closure and 20mm screws. These corner profiles will help conceal exposed corners and protect against insects or rodents entering through gaps in the cladding while allowing for airflow. It replicates the look and feel of real wood, but is 100% wood-free, resists fading, warping, and splintering, and free from the risks of rotting or attracting insects and pests like real wood or wood composite. Resilient Lastane layer chemically melded to the core refers to a durable outer surface that provides protection and resilience. Millboard cladding is UK-made, reflecting British craftsmanship, innovation, and quality.

• First, measure the length of the internal corner where you want to install the profile.
• Cut the Envello Shadow Line+ Internal Corner to the required length using a saw.
• Ensure that the surface is clean and free from dust or debris.
• If you’re installing it on a cladding board, make sure the board is securely fixed to the wall.
• Apply a suitable adhesive to the back of the profile.
• Make sure to cover the entire surface that will be in contact with the wall.
• Press the profile onto the internal corner, aligning it properly.
• Use a level to ensure it’s straight.
• You can also use temporary supports (such as wooden blocks) to hold it in place while the adhesive sets.
• Once the adhesive has dried, secure the profile in place using screws.
• Drill pilot holes through the profile and into the wall, then insert screws.
• Be careful not to overtighten and damage the profile.
• Ensure a watertight seal to prevent moisture infiltration.
• If necessary, fill the screw holes with wood filler or putty.
• Sand any rough edges for a smooth finish.
