Millboard Envello Board and Batten Square Corner Profile - Burnt Cedar is a premium trim designed for modern cladding projects using Envello Board and Batten cladding to finish both internal and external corner connections, for both vertical and horizontal installations. These corner profiles will help conceal exposed corners and protect against insects or rodents entering through gaps in the cladding while allowing for airflow. It replicates the look and feel of real wood, but is 100% wood-free, resists fading, warping, and splintering, and free from the risks of rotting or attracting insects and pests like real wood or wood composite. Resilient Lastane layer chemically melded to the core refers to a durable outer surface that provides protection and resilience. Millboard cladding is UK-made, reflecting British craftsmanship, innovation, and quality.

• Install the Square Corner Trim before any Starter Trims or Board & Batten+ boards.
• By positioning the square corner trim first, you ensure that the corners are perfectly aligned.
• Installing the trim early in the process ensures a clean and professional appearance.
• It prevents gaps or misalignment at the corners.
• For internal corners, attach two perforated closures to the back of the square corner trim using 20mm accessory fixings.
• Fix the trim to battens in the desired location.
• Secure the trim in place using appropriate fixings (screws or nails) based on your installation surface (e.g., timber battens or masonry).
• Ensure a snug fit at the corner.
• Seal any gaps or joints with appropriate sealant to prevent moisture ingress.
• Check that the trim aligns seamlessly with adjacent cladding boards.
