Returned goods and cancellations

If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a Contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013

This allows for returns up to 14 days after delivery of new products.

Please note that made to measure or special order products cannot be returned unless faulty.

If your items are delivered to you and they are damaged or faulty for any reason, we will replace the damaged items free of charge. Over-ordered products that require collection will need to be arranged by calling this number 02033972133 and will be subject to a restocking charge.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a refund on receipt. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

Please note some of the items we sell are sent direct from manufacturers which means they may not be returnable since manufacturers may have different terms and conditions regarding Returns. They may not accept returned Goods. Therefore Customer is advised to check description of a product to see if its returnable or non -returnable.

Collection and restocking charges might be quite high (25 to 50%) due to the nature of insulation products, its high volume and size. Delivery cost is often included in the price of the product. Please make sure you order the right products and only as many as you need. If you are not sure, please check with us before placing the order.
