Easy-Trim Master 112GSM Breather Membrane is an air tight, vapour permeable, lightweight breather membrane for fully supported and unsupported installations in pitched roofs. It is a high performance breather membrane, consists of 3 layers to achieve a high vapour permeability, superior water resistant performance, and brilliant tensile tear strength. It can be used also in timber and metal framed constructions. Suitable for applications on warm, cold and hybrid roofs.

APPLICATION
- For pitched cold and warm roofs,
- For timber and metal frame structures.
INSTALLATION
- Ensure the membrane is installed with the printed side facing out
- Ensure upper layers overlap lower layers.
- Work from the left to right and ensuring a minimum overlaps of 100 mm on joints.
- Horizontal laps in the underlay should be taped with the double sided overlap tape, or battened over.
Note:
Do not leave the membrane unnecessarily exposed to weathering, high winds, excessive UV etc. as this may cause damage over time. If you must leave the membrane exposed for extended periods of time, consider the use of suitable temporary protection materials.
