CEKOL C-35 White Smooth Cement Based External Filler - 20kg

Cekol C35 Cement Based External Filler is a high quality material used for smoothing and improving of external walls of buildings. Cekol C-35 can also be used on internal walls, especially  in rooms exposed to high humidity such as bathrooms, kitchens. It is a dry mixture of high quality white cement, white mineral fillers and modifiers that guarantee an excellent workability and adhesion to any mineral base such as brick or concrete walls. Cekol C 35 does not contain toxic substances or components which turn yellow when exposed to atmospheric conditions. It is an excellent primer for emulsion, acrylic, gloss and mineral paints and its white colour provides better coverage for paint and help achieve the full colour effect. Mixed with water, it gives an elastic filler that is frost and water proof. Cekol C-35 is recommended as a final layer of external thermal insulation systems.

• The surface being adhered to must be flat, dry, clean and free from dust, grease and paint prior to rendering to ensure a good bond. Highly absorbable bases should be primed with priming emulsion. 
• Pour the package contents to water in the proportion of 0.35 litre of water for 1 kg of dry powder and mix thoroughly until a uniform thick mixture is obtained
• Wait 3 minutes and mix thoroughly again.
• Render the previously prepared surface with clean plastic or stainless steel tools. It is recommended to apply layers not thicker than 5 mm at a time.
• Any finishing corrections of the surface can be done after preliminary setting of the material. The fresh render should be protected against excessive drying.
• Painting is possible after render is fully set. The rendered surface should be primed, before painting.
