67mm Disk Cutter for Polystyrene Sheets WK-FT

67mm WK-FT disk cutter is used to cut holes in EWI polystyrenes sheets. The end cap can be installed correctly on the hole and cover it to get a homogeneous surface. The The tool diameter is 66.7mm, which would give an exact 67mm hole.
CHARACTERISTICS
- Made from tough plastic,
- Would cut 67mm holes,
- Would cut more than 1000 holes.
INSTALLATION
Using the cutter
- Hole should be drilled at least 10 mm longer than the embedding depth.
- Clean of the hole by at least two in and out movement of the drill to bring out the debris.
- The hole must be then covered with a polystyrene plug to stop any thermal bridging.
