490mm Ancon Teplo-R Wall Tie is a remedial wall tie is an ultra-low thermal conductivity wall tie manufactured from basalt fibres set in a resin matrix. It minimises heat loss across an insulated cavity, improving the energy efficiency of a masonry cavity wall. It is a plain-ended basalt fibre wall tie that can be resin-fixed in remedial and retrofit applications. This tie has a thermal conductivity of only 0.7 W/mK. Requires Ø10mm hole. A stainless steel sieve may be used to retain resin and is particularly useful in perforated brick or hollow blockwork. A 12mm hole is required to fit the sieve.
