45mm SuperFOIL Multi-layer Foil Insulation SF19+ is a multi layer air seal and radiant barrier that can be used over rafter or under rafter in roofs and also on walls. SuperFOIL SF19+ is manufactured with 40% recycled materials and is recyclable at the end of its useful life. It comprises 11 layers: 2 layers of Polypropylene reinforced heavy outer laminated foil, 4 layers of Aluminium coated reflective foil PET layers and 5 layers of Loft quilt. It utilises Dupont ultra efficient nano coating technology to improve performance. SF19+ achieves R values of 2.96 for walls, 2.53 for Roofs and 4.29 for floors.
SuperFOIL SF19+ has replaced stitched edges with sonic welded edges, which would make the overlapping joints of the product much thinner and more consistent. This means faster product installation, fewer chances of incorrect installation, and improved overall finished results.
