12.5mm Siniat GTEC Weather Defence External Sheathing Board

12.5mm Siniat GTEC Weather Defence External Sheathing Board is a strong, highly moisture resistant and non combustible external sheathing board, faced with water repellent material for superior weather protection.  Thermal insulation can be installed within the frame, mechanically and/or adhesively to the board. BBA approved for use as an exterior and wall facade panel system in timber-frame and steel-frame buildings. Allows construction timetables to be drastically reduced.

The gypsum core technology ensures excellent re performance and high sound insulation, inside-to-out and outside-to-in, to deliver safe, comfortable buildings in compliance with building regulations. High performance thermal insulation can be installed within the frame, mechanically and/or adhesively to the GTEC Weather Defence board. GTEC Weather Defence is compatible with numerous cladding systems. It is an ideal substrate for insulation and in rainscreen or masonry cladding where it serves as a weather tight barrier. BBA Certfied for use as an exterior and wall facade panel system in timber-frame and steel-frame buildings. The speed of installation allows construction timetables to be drastically reduced. With a weather tight building, the internal work can begin earlier and in parallel with external works.
