100mm EPS100 Polystyrene Insulation Board Jablite (pack of 6)

100mm Jablite EPS 100 board is a lightweight and cost efficient product which can be used for insulation of different constructions, including roofs, floors and walls, since it provides constant and stable thermal performance under different temperature conditions. It is made from expanded polystyrene beads exposed to high temperatures so that a solid block material is made and later on cut and shaped to the desired size.

The boards provide a level of moisture resistance but they should not be used as a water vapour control layer, but require a damp proof course installed in case of high levels of humidity present. Although the product itself will not present a fire hazard if installed and handled properly, it is classified as a combustible material, why it should be properly protected or fully enclosed if necessary. On the other hand, the boards have no nutrient value, why they do not present any food for insects and vermin and will not sustain mold growth. The material is quite resilient and flexible, providing great thermal insulation in accordance with the values prescribed by applicable regulations, depending on the application.

Jablite EPS 100 is very versatile and can be used in a number of different applications, including roofs, walls and floors, it is however not applicable as a part of EWI systems nor it can be used in flammable conditions.
