Cellecta Deckfon Ultralay 3 is an acoustic improvement material made from recycled open cell polyurethane foam, used as soft floor covering, very lightweight and easy to cut into shape and install. Its high density and low resonance will considerably reduce sound transmission through concrete floors. It is applicable in both refurbishment and new build projects, since in compliance with the Part E Building regulation. The effectiveness of Cellecta Deckfon Ultralay 3 is best shown in its Rw (Weighted Sound Reduction Index) + Ctr (low frequency noise) value.
