100mm Rockwool Twin Roll is a fire resistant, non-combustible, medium density mineral wool insulation with high acoustic properties. The roll is manufactured as one 200mm roll, and is pre-cut down the middle to create the option of two 100mm rolls as one package. Rockwool Twinroll is the insulation solution is suitable for roof spaces in all building types, and as an overlay suspended ceilings. It does not react with any metal components or with PVC cabling and pipes in lofts.

INSTALLATION
- Best installed in two separate layers.
- The first layer of 100mm is first laid between the roof joists, making sure that it goes tightly around the joists. Opening, where necessary, can be cut with a sharp knife.
- The second layer then used to cover the existing insulation and the roof joists to match the 300mm insulation cover according to Building Regulations.
- To provide proper ventilation, a 500mm gap should be kept between the material and the eaves.
CERTIFICATION
- Conforms to BS EN 13162:2001 Specification for factory-made mineral wool product,
- Fire classification of A1 as defined in BS EN 13501-1.
