Products in Bags and Tubs
Multitude of an advanced dry mortar products have been developed over the years and introduced to the construction industry. These products not only improve the durability of the structures, but also provide simple solutions for some construction problems. The applications of these advanced dry-mix mortars and their associated systems are quite versatile and in general very cost effective.
- Cement-based plaster
- Gypsum plaster
- Internal walls plaster
- Ceilings plaster
- Adhesives
Mortar is a mixture of sand and cements and some additives that is most often used to build brick or block walls as base coats, fillers and simply plaster. Nowadays they come in bags to be mixed with water and ready to use immediately. Most of the products have included plasticisers to make the mortar more workable, more plastic. They also improve strength. They can be used in interior and exterior rendering, as base coats and as a filler. There are special products with mineral fillers that\s used to plaster external walls, insulated walls and can also be used as deep fillers.
- Easy to apply,

Always wear protective clothing when handling any product containing cement as it is an alkaline substance in a fine powder form. Gloves to guard against skin irritation, Face mask to prevent dust inhalation, Eye protection to prevent dust from getting in to eyes, Long pants and sleeves to guard against skin irritation, Safety boots to prevent injuries to your feet. High grade gypsum is used as a filler in plastics, paint, adhesives and tile grouts. Gypsum is an important component in cement manufacture. Cement contains around 5% to 7% gypsum which controls the setting time of concrete. Gypsum is the sole raw material required to make plaster. It is suitable for plaster manufacture after leaching. The gypsum lath and plaster systems have long been considered the industry standard in wall construction. These plaster systems provide smooth, high quality wall surfaces, regardless of framing alignment and deliver exceptional beauty and durability in interior partitions and non-load bearing exterior walls. When used with expanded metal lath, gypsum plasters create a mechanical bond for maximum strength and durability.
